The APIPRO Stock Control Module
is a complete stock control
system. The system supports
multiple stocks per stocked
item, specific location control,
ABC classification, minimum /
maximum stock quantities and
automatic reordering. Status
information for stocked items
includes current FIFO list,
quantity status, on-line
purchase and consumption
statistics as as ordered
quantity information.
Transaction handling includes
removals, returns, adjustments,
scrappings, movements between
stocks and direct deliveries to
stock. The module also includes
advanced physical inventory
routines. All transactions are
stored in the central
transactions table with detailed
information for easy and
efficient history tracking.

The stock control module is
operationally fully integrated
with the Maintenance, Inspection
and Purchase Management modules.
It can also be used as a stand
alone stock control system.
