By adding the APIPRO Bar Code and Portable Data Loggers module, you can rationalize stock handling by using bar codes for labels and data entry. Bar codes enables a faster and more reliable data entry process which saves time and eliminates the risk of mistyping. The module supports even the simplest solution where a bar code reader or laser scanner is connected to the keyboard. Stock removals and returns are handled by entering the ledger code, scanning the stock location ID on a printed stock label, and entering the quantity for each transaction. Work order and ledger codes can also be read with the bar code reading equipment.
