The APIPRO Service Module makes
it possible to invoice
maintenance activities to
external or internal
customers/departments. It is
possible to store customer data
in the system. Each work order
can be related to a customer.
For the work order it is then
possible to generate an invoice
that can be sent to the
customer. Before the invoice is
sent, prices can be corrected.
It is also possible to gather
the costs from several work
orders in one invoice. The
invoice can either be printed
from APIPRO or be transferred to
another system for invoicing.
