The APIPRO Production Calendar Module can at any time a quick survey of planned downtime anywhere in production at any given time in order to optimize repair shutdown period planning. The module also enables realistic man-hour calculations of stoppage and waiting time.

 

Multiple production shutdown and shift calendars can be defined and assigned to a position in the plant structure. The entire branch in the structure below the position will then automatically be assigned to the same calendars.

From the work order planning system there is direct access to see the shutdown and shift calendars. When making work order registrations on work orders requested by the API PRO Job Ordering module, the stop time, the waiting time and the waiting time for spare parts will automatically be calculated in real manned hours. This will ensure realistic statistics on stop and waiting times.
