Drawings and Documents module is
a comprehensive and advanced
document management system
designed to store drawings and
any kind of technical documents,
together with video and other
multi-media based material. The
system even allows you to
connect directly to an Internet
address in order to provide
direct access from the API PRO
system to up-to-date information
on the World Wide Web.

The Drawings and Documents module provides the possibility to link all kinds of documentation to any data object in APIPRO: Positions, equipment, technical ID's, spare parts, work instructions, purchase orders, supplier agreements, etc.
API PRO links to most external systems like e.g. AutoVue, scanned image systems, word processors, spread sheets, video viewers etc.
